The Man From Macau (also known as From Vegas to Macau) is a 2014 film directed by Wong Jing. The movie is an action-comedy that follows the adventures of a professional gambler, Ken, played by Chow Yun-fat.
The story starts in Las Vegas, where Ken is invited to attend a special gambling competition called the "Gambling King Challenge." As one of the best gamblers in the world, Ken is pitted against other top players, including the charismatic and cunning Mark, portrayed by Nicholas Tse.
During the competition, Ken encounters a talented hacker named Bennie, played by Chapman To. However, things take an unexpected turn when Ken's ex-lover, Molly, portrayed by Kimmy Tong, appears with a secret mission. She wants Ken's help to uncover a mysterious international money laundering organization called "The Ghost."
Realizing the potential danger, Ken agrees to help Molly. Together with his old partner, Uncle, played by Andy Lau, they embark on an exciting journey to Macau, the gambling capital of Asia, to stop The Ghost and protect innocent lives.
